Educational Seminars
A general understanding of the law and how it affects us as individuals is important in a free society. At Adams & James, P.L., our attorneys are pleased when we are invited to teach about the law. When our schedules permit, we are happy to accommodate reasonable requests to provide general information on legal topics to groups of people within a 30 mile radius of Winter Park, Orlando, and DeLand. Our free seminars include approximately 20-30 minutes of speaking time and up to 30 minutes of Q & A, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We define a group of people as 4 or more individuals. The group may be a formal social club, church group, a gathering of neighbors, retirees, new parents, college students, etc., who are interested in learning general information about a particular legal topic.

Providing for your Pets from the After Life
Learning about Ancillary Documents (Living Will, Power of Attorney, Health Care Surrogate, Pre-Need Guardianships)
Probate Avoidance
In addition, if your group has an interest about a particular legal topic not listed above, we may be able to accommodate you. Please ask.
